AI for Leaders · Opens Monday 1 February 2027
Where do you want to be?
AI is a wave, and it's reaching every leader. Some are already riding it. Some are still on the sand, waiting for it to settle. AI for Leaders gets you on the board: hours back every week, AI used safely in your real leadership work, and the confidence to bring your team with you.

The leader's week
You're expected to "use AI". Nobody's shown you how.
Your inbox doesn't stop. Your calendar's full. Your boss is asking what your team is doing with AI, and your team is asking you. There's no time to work it out from scattered videos, and there's a nagging question about what's actually safe to paste in.

BCG, AI at Work 2025What the research found
AI makes people better. Except when it doesn't.
When Harvard and Boston Consulting Group gave hundreds of consultants AI for real work, the results split along a jagged line.

So the leaders who pull ahead won't be the ones who simply have AI. Everyone will have it. They'll be the ones who know when to lean in, and when to trust their own judgement.
That's a skill. This course teaches it.
The course
From the sand to champion, in three stages
Everyone starts on the sand. Nobody's born on a surfboard. Every lesson starts from something you already do in your week, and each new idea arrives when a task needs it.

Questions
Good questions, straight answers
Can't I learn this on YouTube?
You can learn a lot on YouTube, and we share plenty there too. What you won't find is a path built for leaders: in the right order, built on your real week, safe for work, with the templates ready to use and a way to bring your team with you. Most leaders don't have time to put that together themselves. That's what this course is for.
I'm not technical. Will I keep up?
Yes. That's who it's built for. If you can write an email, you can do this course.
How much time does it take?
Each lesson takes a coffee break: about three or four minutes to watch and ten to try. Most people do a few a week. The whole course is about two and a half hours of video.
When do I get access?
The course opens on Monday 1 February 2027, fully recorded, so every lesson is available the day you join. Join the waitlist to hear first and get the launch-week price.
Which AI tool do I need?
Whichever your workplace allows: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Lesson 0.2 helps you set it up safely. If your workplace hasn't approved one yet, you can still practise with non-sensitive tasks.
Can my employer pay for it?
Often, yes. There'll be a ready-to-send request email for your manager on launch day, a tax invoice, and a certificate when you finish.
Do you offer team pricing?
Yes. Team licences start at 10 places. Message Kadu on LinkedIn.
What if it's not for me?
Full refund within 30 days of joining, no questions asked.
